The digital torque adapter provides an accuracy of ±1% in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions. When the target torque is approached, the buzzer will emit a regular beep, and the LED indicator will change from a flashing green light to a solid red light to notify the user. We offer a 1/2 to 3/8 and 1/2 to 1/4 inch adapter, along with 2 AAA batteries, to enable a more comprehensive application. This digital torque adapter can convert any ratchet wrench into an accurate digital torque wrench, weighing only 200g and measuring 7.5 x 4.5 cm, making it lightweight, hand-sized, and easy to operate, store, and carry.

The 1/2 inch drive digital torque adapter covers a torque range of 12.5-250.8 Ft-lb/17-340Nm, meeting industrial requirements and exceeding the accuracy of most digital torque adapters on the market. It features a preset mode and 500 data storage functions, allowing users to quickly access frequently repeated applications by saving up to 10 preset torque values.

This digital torque adapter offers four measurement modes: ft-lb, Nm, in-lb, and kg-cm, and can easily switch between peak mode and track mode. The peak mode can record the maximum torque value, while the track mode displays the torque value in real-time.

The buzzer and LED flash notification alarm system is designed to assist users in approaching the target torque. When the electronic torque adapter reaches the preset torque, the buzzer will make a regular beep sound, and the LED indicator light will change from a flashing green light to a solid red light, signaling the user to stop applying force. If the buzzer is not sounding, users can press and hold the P/T and M buttons simultaneously in the shutdown state to reactivate it.

The digital torque adapter's multifunctional conversion capability allows it to transform any ratchet wrench into an accurate digital torque wrench, providing a more precise and convenient alternative to mechanical wrenches. Additionally, users can choose to turn the buzzer sound on or off according to their preferences. In the shutdown state, pressing the P/T and M buttons simultaneously will produce one sound to indicate the buzzer is turned on, or two sounds to indicate it is turned off.
